Proximity to Central Railway station suited us perfectly. The standard generally matched our expectation for the price.

Maintenance was below average as taps leaked (couldn't be turned of properly) and there were stains in the bath and on the floor as a result. (This was reported to management on departure)

good location

Spa was out of order and the girl in reception didnt even know they had a spa. The room next door had loud music and the smell of cigareetes was discasting as we can smell it from our room. The air con wasn't working propably and we couldnt breath at night time and there is no windows to open. On check out, they wanted to charge me for calling reception.

We would have liked to have a shower recess, than a shower over the bath, which can be a bit dangerous.

The room was good and the location was good for us.

I would like to say that the bathroom was not at all inviting, both the toilet and the waste of the wash hand basin leaked. Also there was no information about the facilities of the hotel in our room.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bedroom was clean and modern and beds were very comfortable. Good location for shops and sight seeing.

Bathroom could be updated.and was a bit noisy outside in the evening/earlyhours. Could be because our room was near the lifts.

vibrant harbour

great access to iconic parks and attractions for weekend strolls

I loved the quick walk to the beautiful Chinese Garden of Friendship and the easy stroll to Darling Harbour for dinner were nice. The staff was friendly and the breakfast on site was very welcome too.
